Get Ready To

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services
Coordinate with internal teams, developers, marketing, and customer support, to ensure timely and successful delivery of gaming solutions and services to clients
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales progress, and client feedback to senior management and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements
Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with the company's systems

You'll Be Great At This If You

Have 1+ years of experience in a similar position
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively with internal teams
Have above average IT literacy (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage)
Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software, with strong Excel skills
Are fluent in spoken and written English
General understanding of sport, iGaming and gambling

Starting at 2100-2800 € Gross
